From Voxalot FAQ

Jump to: navigation, search

The SPA-3000 allows you to configure a number of gateways for different voice service providers. To configure and use Voxalot as a gateway, you should add the following details to one of the gateway settings on the Line 1 tab. In this example, 555555 is the Voxalot UserID.

Image:gateway.gif

  • Gateway n: <Voxalot Number>@us.voxalot.com.
  • GWn Auth ID: <Voxalot Number>
  • GWn Password: <Voxalot Password>

Note: Australian members should use <VoXaLot Number>@au.voxalot.com and European members <VoXaLot Number>@eu.voxalot.com

Scroll down to the Dial Plan section and add the following to your dial plan.

( ^^^your existing dial plan^^^ |<#1,:>[x*][x*].<:@gw1>)

Note: Change gw1 to reflect the right gateway slot.

To use Voxalot with this dial plan, you would first dial #1, wait for the dial tone, then dial your number.

To test your setup, simply call:

#1 (you should hear a continuous second tone) then dial *600 You should hear the Voxalot echo test.

To send all your calls to Voxalot by default and then route your calls to other VSPs using Voxalot dial plans, you should configure your ATA dial plan as follows:

([x*][x*].<:@gw1>) NOTE: Change gw1 to reflect the right gateway slot.

To test your setup, simply dial *600 You should hear the Voxalot echo test.

If you have any problems with your setup or this test, re-check the above settings. In the event that you are still having difficulties, please consult our Support Forum
