Setting up your SJ Phone softphone to use Voxalot

The SJPhone softphone can be easily configured to use Voxalot (free download at www.sjlabs.com).

Setup Steps

1. Run the setup program and install SJPhone on your computer.

2. Download the SJPhone profile for your closest region:

     U.S. Cluster: Voxalot(us).ini
     Australian Cluster: Voxalot(au).ini
     European Cluster: Voxalot(eu).ini

3. Copy profile to the SJphone profile folder:

      Windows XP: c:\Program Files\ SJLabs\SJphone\Profiles
      PocketPC: ...\Program Files\SJphone\Profiles
      Linux: ~/.sjphone/Profiles
      Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/SJphone/Profiles

Note: Linux and Mac users may use the Import button on the Profiles tab (recommended).

4. Start SJphone. When the user switchs to the service profile for the first time, the Service dialog box will appear asking them to enter their respective username and password.

To test your setup, simply call: *600 You should hear the Voxalot echo test announcement. If you don't, re-check the above settings. In the event that you are still having difficulties, please consult our Support Forum.

5. You are now ready to dial and receive calls.
