Voxalot's Basic and Premium Service offers its members the freedom to choose how they make and receive calls. With a Voxalot Premium account ranging from $15 to $40 per year, members can assign multiple PSTN numbers to their Internet Telephone number. With PSTN numbers added, members can now receive incoming calls from any PSTN phone, as well as IP phones. They can also set up a series of Call Connection Rules to route incoming calls by time of day (as in, send all calls after 8 pm to mobile number), by caller (as in, send mother-in-law straight to voice mail), or by other Find Me/Follow-Me parameters, sending calls to any one of a number of hardware or software, IP or PSTN phones.
Premium accounts also include the Voxalot Web Call-back feature, which accepts phone numbers entered on a web site, calls out to both parties, and bridges the call together. The VoIP provider carrying each “leg” of the two-legged call is selected based on that member’s Smart Call Rules.

VoxBasic (Free)
A VoxBasic account is free. It provides free access to all the basic Voxalot functions in Voxalot such as free calls to other Voxalot Members, free voice mail, etc.
With a VoxBasic account you can:
- Make Smart Calls (balancing call quality and costs)
- Make free calls to other Voxalot members
- Make free calls to over 2000+ other SIP networks
- Receive calls to your Voxalot number
- Set up Voice Service Providers for outbound calls to normal telephone numbers.
Note: Some Voice Service Providers require a SIP registration before an outbound call can be made. A VoxPremium account is required for members that wish to make outbound calls using these types of providers.

VoxCall (Free)
VoxCall is an exciting new initiative from Voxalot that allows facebook users to click on their friends and initiate phone calls.
The beauty of VoxCall is that it is self-organising in that if your VoxCall friend changes their contact phone number, you don't even have to be notified... VoxCall will use whatever number they have registered.

For members who want more than 10 SIP registrations click on Upgrade to add additional 5 SIP registrations.
VoxUpgrade ($15 USD / yr)
VoxUpgrade allows you to purchase additional SIP Registrations in lots of 5.
Have you already purchased VoxLite and have now decided you need more than one SIP registration. Now you can upgrade the number of SIP registrations by purchasing a VoxUpgrade. VoxUpgrade is only available to VoxPremium members. That is, you must already have signed up for one of the folloing: VoxLite, VoxPro or VoxExtreme.
Each VoxUpgrade gives you 5 additional SIP registrations for US$15. If you want more than 5 SIP registrations simply specify the quantity you require. Two VoxUpgrades will get you 10 SIP Registrations, three VoxUpgrades will get you 15, and so on.
For example, if you already are a VoxLite subscriber and you purchase one VoxUpgrade you will end up with 6 SIP registrations. Your member details page shows how many SIP Registrations you have with the label Registration Limit.
Call Connection
Call Connection puts you in control of when and where your phone rings. Don't want to be disturbed with a phone call when you go to bed. Use Call Connections to set up rules that will determine when and where your phone rings.
Want to control how and when calls reach you? Voxalot’s call connection facility is for you!. This service gives you complete control of how, when and where calls are connected.
For example you can send all calls to voice mail 7 days a week between the hours of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and you can let specific numbers through to your phone so that you can still receive important calls from family members or other important people in your life.
You can also redirect incoming calls to your mobile or fixed line number or to another internet telephone number. Call Connection gives you the ultimate flexibility in determining how your calls are connected.
Call Connection is only available to Premium customers - so if you are not already a Premium customer subscribe now for a low annual fee.
Web Call Back
Make VoIP calls with no extra hardware or software where you control the cost and quality of the calls. This is the easiest way to use VoIP, as long as you have access to the internet you can make VoIP calls to anyone.
Simply enter your phone number and the phone number of the party you wish to call, click call, and our service will call the two numbers and connect them.
It’s better than any other web call back as you control the costs and quality of the calls by selecting the most suitable Voice Service Provide for the destinations you frequently call. You can also create a directory of numbers you call frequently so your call is only one click away. This directory is also available on your mobile phone's web browser so you can access your web call back directory on the go.
Virtual Toll Free
Want to give your family, friends, customers the ability to call you for free from anywhere? Voxalot Virtual Toll Free provides you with a button you can place on your website, email or blog. Your callers have to enter their phone number and click call – the system will call you on your voxalot number and then call your caller. You decide how much the call costs by selecting the appropriate Voice Service Provider to terminate the call.
Use your smart call functionality to enable what numbers people can use in the virtual toll free buttons. This allows you to control your call costs by, for example, preventing people from entering mobile numbers. You can also be reached just about anywhere you choose, mobile, land line, or email (via a voicemail file) using our Call Connection rules.
Smart Call (Dial Plans)
Take control of your call quality and costs with Smart Calls(Dial Plans). With a Voxalot Free account you can set up multiple Voice Service Providers and decide which one is used depending on your call destination.
Use more than one provider to make voip calls via Smart Call. Choose the best rates and call quality based on the destination you are dialling. Do this by creating Smart Call rules, also known as dial plans. This service allows you to control which provider routes your call.
For example for mobile calls you can use provider A, for national calls use provider B and for international calls user provider C. Once set up, it’s so simple to use. Click here for a tutorial on how to use Smart Call and never experience poor call quality or excessive charges again!

ENUM
Get more free calls with Voxalot ENUM call routing. ENUM maps a regular telephone number to a SIP URI or internet telephone number. Once registered any call from Voxalot to the regular telephone number is routed to the SIP URI by Voxalot. This means that the call is routed and terminated free of charge.
ENUM allows you to register your conventional telephone number along with your VoIP number (also known as SIP URI) on free registrars such as e164.org. So when someone on Voxalot (or another service supporting ENUM) calls you on your normal number, Voxalot checks the ENUM database and if you have registered your number, Voxalot will route the call to the corresponding SIP URI, which will route the call for free.
So, go ahead and register your telephone number and encourage your family and friends to register with e164.org, as more people register on ENUM, more calls will be routed for free. Voxalot uses SIP Broker to perfrom ENUM lookups against the following roots:

SIP Code Dialing
Connect to over 2000+ sip networks and millions of VoIP users for free. Voxalot, in conjunction with SIP Broker, offers dialing via SIP Code thereby allowing you to call millions of VoIP users around the world that may be on a different SIP networks for free.
Do you have friends or family that have signed up for another VoIP Provider? You can probably call them for free on their VoIP number. Just locate their Voice Service Provider’s SIP Code on our SIP Broker service and then dial *SIP Code and their VoIP number. There are already over 2000 sip domains registered on our SIP Broker service.
